New policy locations for docs
OK, I'm looking at the policy manual and while I do see the /usr/share/doc
thing, I don't see any mention of symlinks to /usr/doc either way. Are we
allowed to symlink /usr/share/doc/package to /usr/doc/package? Is it
suggested? Or am I just completely blind? Not trying to open up the
docs-location can of worms again, just curious as I'm not sure what to do
with it in the packages I just finished...
