Goals.
The goals that are often heard are too general, `libc x.xx', etc. Why don't
we divide (sort of) Debian in communities[1], just for release/status
management. Each community would be a set of packages, maybe a leader (or
not), a subpolicy, etc. Some communities I can quickly think of are:
* Perl.
* Java.
* SGML.
etc.
It's a small change.. just to have a table with the goals, the status...
Is it worth to continue thinking about something like this?
