libgmp2 provides gmp2, but shouldn't, and ssh fails

I installed roxen on a box, which depends on pike-image, which depends on
libgmp2.  Apt of course then removed gmp2, as per the conflicts.  Ssh depends
on gmp2, so apt thought all was well.  However, ssh was now in a very broken
state.

sshd was already loaded, and running, and therefore using the OLD library that
was in the gmp2.deb.  However, new ssh connections initiated on the box, using
the old ssh, and new libgmp2.deb, didn't work.

The provides should be removed, and all packages that depend on gmp2 should be
recompiled.
