Intent to package: [Biology] Linkage
Linkage <http://linkage.rockefeller.edu/> is a series of programs for maximum
likelihood estimation of recombination rates, calculation of lod score tables,
and analysis of genetic risks.
There is no licence (no licence at all) in the original package but the
author, Mark Lathrop, agreed in private mail to distribute it under the GPL.
I'll include his mail in debian/copyright.
It is written in Pascal (and allowed me to find an horrible bug in egcs'
Pascal compiler, gpc). By pure curiosity, is there another Debian package in
Pascal?
