Shouldn't be too bad.  It's not very incompatible.  Most perl packages
might have to be re-compiled and uploaded, but the changes will in 99% of
cases be zero or trivial.

Add to my list, as people have said, 3.3.3 and maybe glibc2.1, and I think
this is a realistic set of potato goals..
