Strangely, using the same sources.list as you, I still get :
# dpkg --print-avail libart2
Package `libart2' is not available.
However, `apt-get install gnome-apt' now appears to work!
# apt-get install gnome-apt
Updating package status cache...done
Checking system integrity...ok

gdk-imlib1 libglib1.1.13 libungif3g libzvt2 libgnorba27 zlib1g libjpeg62
