need help with arm architecture

Hello,

I have a problem with buildd, please have a look at
http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.php?&pkg=gandalf&ver=1.3.2-5&arch=arm&stamp=1074440502&file=log&as=raw
or http://tinyurl.com/yssvw . The package gandalf build depends on
atlas2-base-dev | atlas2-dev | lapack-dev and atlas2 is not available on
arm but lapack is. I have assumed that buildd uses lapack-dev on arm and
atlas2-base-dev on any other architecture but it does not:

Package atlas2-base-dev has no available version, but exists in the database.
This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and
never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents
   of sources.list
E: Package atlas2-base-dev has no installation candidate
   apt-get failed.
   Package installation failed
   Trying to reinstall removed packages:
Trying to uninstall newly installed packages:
   Source-dependencies not satisfied; skipping gandalf

What can I do now? There are currently no working arm machines
available.
