Status of testing migration is getting worse

Some of you might remember my script to summarize the excuses list for
package migration from sid to testing.  I've posted it some times
already.  The updated list is available from
<URL:http://developer.skolelinux.no/info/cdbygging/distdiff-all.html.gz>.

The situation is getting worse.  The mips autobuilders are having
problems keeping up, and the number of packages with differences are
increasing.  There are less buggy packages, so that is an improvement.
The newest stats are at the top.
