Is it a fairly simple username, like dsmith?  Those can get caught by
spammers blindly sending to common usernames.

Now, if the username were something like hkja89ZJNhks8S12 and got
spammed, someone in the organization is probably selling usernames,
but it could just be a rogue employee.
