Ummm... I *did* find something strange, maybe you can give some more
insight on this:

gwolf@lactop:/$ find /etc -type f -perm -755|xargs file|grep ELF
etc/X11/rstart/rstartd.real:                        ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.2.0, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped
gwolf@lactop:/$ dpkg -S rstartd.real
xutils: /etc/X11/rstart/rstartd.real

This is clearly a binary, it is clearly not user-modifiable. Should it
be in /etc? Should it just be a symlink to /usr/lib/xutils or something
like it?
