For those naming the tags (or whatever), please be very careful about
which names you choose. For example "console" doesn't properly mean
"text user interface", even if many people use it that way. If a program
works only on the console, it means that it works only with the (main)
screen and keyboard of the PC it runs on (or other similar hardware on
other machines). A program with a text user interface, on the other
hand, can be used over the net: you can ssh into the other computer and
use the program over the SSH connection.

An example of a console program: fbset.

An example of a program with a tui: mutt.

Thus, in naming the tags (or whatever), it's probably best to avoid
using words such as console that are misused by many people.
