So, as I read it: end-users being without source on a CD that might be
necessary to get them online is the problem.  Yes, I agree it should be
fixed some way other than duplication of source in -source packages. 
Furthermore, it is ludicrous for Eduard to say you're using your
influential position in Debian to push through your innovation.  Your
ideas stand perfectly well on their own.  I think apt-src is part of the
solution, not the problem, and that this attempt to obstruct progress on
that front should simply be ignored.
