ITO: minicom, nis

The minicom and nis packages need work, and I don't have the time
to put that work in. Need to fix a lot of outstanding bugs on
sysvinit first... it would be best if they got a new maintainer.

o minicom
  Someone needs to package 2.0 which has been out for some time.
  Most of the outstanding bugs can probably be forwarded upstream,
  if they are not solved by the 2.0 version.

o nis
  This package needs someone who is able to test it in a real
  NIS network consisting of more than 2 hosts. It also needs a
  bit of work; it has 3 important, >20 normal, and a number of
  minor and wishlist bugs outstanding.
