Yes, therefore they should tell so during the installation if the
/etc/default/mailbox configuration file lists an incompatible
INBOX_FORMAT.
However, this should only be a warning, as normally a user can
reconfigure the delivery method (procmail recipes, programm delivery,
etc.) and therefore need tools which trigger on other than the system
wide default for INBOX_FORMAT.
