Move them back. I don't see any advantage to moving them, and you're
likely to break local scripts (outside policy) even if you get all the
debian packages fixed. When I move things from /usr/bin to /bin I tend
to leave a symlink for just this reason, but that obviously won't work
when moving things from /bin to /usr/bin. (This is a good example of why
care should be taken when putting something in /bin to begin with.)
