It's based off of nestra, and adds those features just mentioned which are
lacked by nestra. As far as I can tell its GPL, as it has the GPL included in
its COPYING file. it is, however, only i386 architecture, though it does work
lovely :)
also of related note is the gtk frontend gtuxnes that lets you do all the
setting without having to rely on commandline switches. it's linked off the
tuxnes site.
