I don't think we could bundle that as an operating system per
se. I do think that the Debian Cooking project may be worthwhile.
Recipes could be included programmatically in a standardised and free
format, based on Guile, perhaps? Of course, we could get backing from
hardware companies like KitchenAid or Oscar.
