Er, if it's not a bug, then it's a wishlist item. Of course, different
maintainers use wishlist differently; if you don't want to leave
wishlist bugs open that are already local TODOs, saying as much would be
easier than saying it's not a bug. (Since if you close it and say it's
"not a bug", people tend to start arguing how important it is or how it
could be implemented, when that's not the issue.)
