I'm not sure about the "no downtime" section.  Most/all of the daemons
will be restarted (minor downtime if all goes well).  Bumping to the now
supported 2.4.x kernel also involves downtime.


Is that concern too pedantic?  Or should it just be worded "upgraded
painlessly and in place"?
