Ugly spam to debian bugtracking

I recieved today about 8 of these SPAMs -
6 of the through Debian bugtracking :-(

Any idea how we can reliably block such things? I don't see a way. :-(
Fortunately they seem to have mailed them to the package maintainers
only, not to the submitters, so this is just "internal".
