libusb and testing?

Hi.. out of curiosity, does anyone know what's keeping the new libusb out of 
testing?  I can't find anything useful in update_excuses.html and I can't 
make sense of the lines in update_output.txt.

I ask because it seems to be holding a fair few things up (my particular 
concern is that it's holding up a newer kghostview which will stop every 
koffice app from crashing when you try to print preview).

Just wondering what remains to be done to let libusb 1:0.1.5-3 in.
