Won't using g++ 3.0 on platforms where it isn't the standard compiler
cause problems (ABI change).

OK, I'll NMU now. I'll put the package in DELAYED/1-day, so if anyone
has a better NMU (I fixed just the s/blas1/blas/ issue) she can
replace it.
