update_excuses [1] says:

     * koffice (1:1.1-beta2-3 to 1:1.1.1-3)
          + Maintainer: Ben Burton
          + 18 days old (needed 10 days)
+ out of date on arm: kchart, kformula, kivio, koffice,
            koffice-dev, koffice-libs, kontour, koshell, kpresenter,
            kspread, kugar, kword (from 1:1.1.1-2)
+ out of date on m68k: kchart, kformula, kivio, koffice,
            koffice-dev, koffice-libs, kontour, koshell, kpresenter,
            kspread, kugar, kword (from 1:1.1.0-final-8)
+ kword (alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, mipsel,
            powerpc, s390, sparc) is buggy! (1 > 0)
          + Not considered

The RC bug in kword is #128584 (the libpng problem and the maintainer
says in the log of the bug that he'll fix it in a few days).

koffice isn't recompiled on arm and m68k because the lastest kdelibs
weren't available the last time the last time the autobuilders tried to
build them which meant that not all build dependencies were installable.

This was caused because the latest qt-x11 wasn't compiled on arm and m68k
at the time they tried the last the autobuilders tried to build kdelibs
so the build dependencies couldn't be fulfilled.

So unless the release manager does one of his
force-into-testing-although-not-really-ready tricks at least the following
must happen before the new koffice can go into testing:

1. the maintainer must fix #128584
2. the latest qt-x11 must be built on arm and m68k
3. koffice must be built on all architectures
