OK; what are we waiting for? ;)

The only question is which package should "own" the configuration of VHOSTROOT
- that's why I was mumbling incoherently about a "vhost-base" package or
similar to look after that kind of thing.

Otherwise, how do we deal with (mail without web)|(khttpd rather than apache2)
|(whatever)?
