'Shrink-wrap' & 'Click-wrap' licences are inforceable in states in the
USA where the UCITA (Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act)
has been accepted (Maryland & Virginia right now).  Illinois, Oklahoma
& Hawaii have explicitly rejected the UCITA; other states are still
thinking about it.
