BINGO removed libc6-i686 and all's well... that's kind of bothersome
though isn't it?

I knew I should have tried removing libc6-i686 as soon as I remembered
other problems reported with some packages and optimized libs.

Thanks much, anything we can look into why/how this doesn't work with
optimized libs?
