Actually there are quite a lot packages, especially lib*-perl packages which
depends on a specific perl version, and i am quite sure they dont need to
depends on any of that versions. So the questions is, will those be rebuild
against perl-5.6 or against perl-5 or some other virtual package.

Who is working on that? I figured it is quite easy to add a MAINT-SIGN file
and a ARCHIVE-SIGN member to the .deb ar file.
