problems with package pool?

Hello,

since we started to move main to package pools i get often probelms while
running upgrade on http.us.debian.org. I get a lot of 404 not Found Errors
for packages. After some time they download fine. Looks to me like the
package description fiels are updated/mirrored before the actual debian
packages are in place. perhaps we can use a more inteligent mirror system
here?
