With the stock xterm-color, my backspace key doesn't work with mutt (kvt).
Before the ncurses maintainer change thing, it worked just fine. The bug is
reported, twice I think, nothing happened so far...
Really, working Backspace and Delete keys were a goal for hamm, iirc. Leaving
things like they are now, will probably upset a lot of users.
