I have never digged into this, so I am CCing Aurélien who did the code.

What I do see is that the code will only try to set the theme if the user has the default theme in use, and that's something we always tried to keep.

Now the code seems to only handle the wallpaper, I don't know if we currently have the manpower to do better.
