I don't think we have any specific requirements and our official
CD/DVD/etc artwork isn't well developed. Perhaps you can find some
inspiration from the themes for previous years or from the CD artwork
page on the website, which contains some much older CD artwork and a
generator of labels.

BTW, we have a package in Debian for generating CD labels:

BTW, it would be very nice if we could include the official artwork on
the website. Once that happens, we could let our vendors know so they
can include the artwork if they have that capability.
