The survey does not use any guaranteed method for avoiding cheating as I
wanted to support anonymous voting (with minimal hassle). If you really
wanted to cheat, you could. This is also the reason for the "Please be
nice and vote only once!" remark.

Of course, if it becomes a problem, we will have to revise the method
and re-issue a new survey with stricter checking.
