Bug#607842: Fw: KDE Oxygen Logo license

Hi,
I have recently received a reply from Adriaan de Groot, currently vice
president of the KDE e.V. board of directors.

His kind reply (publicly disclosed below, with his permission) does not
answer all the unsolved questions, but, at least, confirms that the
LGPL version is 2.1 and explains that the original author is (probably)
Nuno Pinheiro.

Adriaan put me in contact with Nuno: hopefully, all the remaining
uncertainties may be sorted out... Please, stay tuned! :-)
