Bug#412707: marked as done (gdm: German welcome string does not fit into the 'box')

Hello,

I don't know if gdm is the right package to write this bug report
against. If inappropriate, please reassign to desktop-base or whatever
fits.

Attached you find a screen shot of the GDM greeter with the language set
to German. As ou can see, the string "Bitte geben sie Ihren
Benutzernamen ein" (Please type your user name) does not fit into the
light-blue 'box'. The lower parts of the letters in the second row are
covered by the dialog box in which you enter your user name.

This is not a severy bug but it looks ugly. and given the fact that this
might be the first impression a /German) user gets...
