Bug#489417: desktop-base: swirl in debian-blueish-wallpaper.svg is off-centre
The swirl in debian-blueish-wallpaper.svg is off-centre. I think it
would look better if the gap on the left and right side of the swirl was
even, or if it was aligned to the "rule of thirds".
