Bug#465087: please provide PNG version of debian-blueish-wallpaper-640x480.tga

grub-pc >= 1.96+20080203-1 (already in testing) supports background images in
PNG format and can probe for them in update-grub.  If you convert/rename this
image:

  /usr/share/images/desktop-base/debian-blueish-wallpaper-640x480.tga

to:

  /usr/share/images/desktop-base/debian-blueish-wallpaper-640x480.png

it will automatically detect it and start using it.  For diverse reasons, it is
preferred that this image is as small as possible (please use max compression).

Before upload, please test that your image works with GRUB if you can.
