gdm theme changes!

Hi,

gdm default theme was changed from random to 'debian-moreblue', but it
seems to be not what we want for release. It seems that rmurray left
us a note on our related wiki article[0]. Thoughts?

The changelog entry:
gdm (2.16.1-1) unstable; urgency=high

 * Add debian-moreblue theme from
   http://cdd.debian-br.org/~si0ux/artwork/debian/gdm/gdm-theme-debian-moreblue.tar.gz
 * Temporarily raise to Depends on gdm-themes, and make the debblue theme
   default for now (closes: #350940)
