How to change debian menu or remove from applications menu

Hai ,
 I want to change the debian menu icon which is present in applications
start menu .. or I have to remove that from the start menu ..How can I do
that .. If I have to change in the source in which package and how to do
that ..
If any one know please help me in this ...
