	We have this question in Debian-BR-CDD development list (and
the guy also reported a bug asking for inclusion), it was about two
weeks ago, I did some research and found some interesting information
about this. (Check links in the end of the message).

	Looks like that are a lot of points involved, including the
chance of being sued by let the file enter the archive. So it is a
a kind of complicated situation and for precaution they didn't let
it enter the archive. :)
