FWIW I wrote the debian-derivatives list email first but following some
more research I wrote the email to debian-lts. I then inadvertantly sent
the original email (to debian-derivatives) after all that.... Doh!

Appreciate your patience on that point...

As for the Wheezy LTS question I'll respond separately on the LTS list.
