Speaking about the first: AIUI, this just means they were rejected for a
video-taped session during the talks slots. It is my understanding that
BoFs will be possible and will happen, but exactly how and how they are
scheduled is not clear yet.
(not sure whether event 97 was supposed to be a talk or a BoF)
