Debian derivatives census: ZevenOS-Neptune: misconfigured web server and apt repo

Hi Leszek,

The apt repositories for ZevenOS-Neptune recently started giving the
errors below. I talked to the apt maintainers and they say that there
are two issues with the setup:

      * the web server is giving a HTTP 300 Multiple Choices response
and apt isn't happy with that, it would prefer HTTP 404 Not
        found.
      * the Release files are advertising .gz files but those files
don't appear to exist, since the web server is giving HTTP 300.

I would recommend these changes:

      * Make the web server to return 404 errors for files that don't
        exist.
      * Either remove the .gz files from the Release files or add them
to the repository so that they work.
