Debian derivatives and popcon

Hi all,

popcon 1.58 was published today and it now reports the dpkg vendor
field in the popcon submissions:

http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/popularity-contest/news/20130621T150622Z.html

Please ensure that your derivative is setting the dpkg vendor field
correctly so that popcon.d.o can differentiate users of Debian itself
from those of derivatives.

If your distribution patches popcon, please rebase those patches
against popcon 1.58 and update your package.

For those derivatives that are based on unstable/testing, your users
should get the new popcon fairly soon.

For those derivatives that are based on stable, it would be great If
you could backport popcon 1.58 to your distribution. It also
introduces some features for extra security/anonymity.

I will update the derivatives guidelines to reflect the info above.
