Should Whonix use a Geo Mirror?

Hi!

At the moment /etc/apt/sources.list in Whonxi contains
ftp.us.debian.org. Since apt-get runs over Tor and the number of Whonix
users is slowly growing, it may not be ideal to let all Whonix users
download from ftp.us.debian.org.

>From which country are most Whonix users? No idea. And due to the nature
of the distribution, there is no way to find out.

>From where are connections coming? From Tor exit nodes, which are
globally distributed (not in all countries though) and changing on a
regular base (not during an active connection).

Would you prefer if Whonix used either http.debian.net and/or
cdn.debian.net and/or something else as mirror in next Whonix version?

Using a a geo mirror would result in using a mirror near the Tor exit,
also resulting in better distributing the load among multiple mirrors.

Cheers,
