Ubuntu delta by patchsize

Hi!

I wrote a script that lists Ubuntu patches by diff size [0]; its output
is available in HTML [1] and plain text [2].

The idea is that small patches are likely to be minor Ubuntu
modifications that could possibly be useful in Debian as well. Indeed,
they are also easier to inspect quickly than huge patches. For example,
there are presently a few patches showing up on top of the script output
that fix FTBFS bugs when ld is called with --as-needed [3], [4].
Whether this specific example applies to Debian I don't know, but still. :)

Hopefully this idea can be interesting. The script has been sitting on
people.d.o all alone since 2008 and it was high time to announce it
somewhere.

Thanks,
  Emanuele
