fate of LinEx patches and packages? WAS: News: Spanish's Extermadura abandoning LinEx, but maybe adopting Debian

Hi CESJE,

I just found out[1] that LinEx has been abandoned by the Junta de
Extremadura. Unfortunately the LinEx census page[2] did not have an apt
sources.list and so Debian was not able to make a copy of any LinEx
packages nor was I able to include LinEx in my recent patch production
efforts. I'm wondering if there are any source packages available
anywhere that could be salvaged by Debian. I found that there is an apt
repository still available[3], but it unfortunately does not contain any
source packages, making it not very useful.
