The deadline for talks registration is in 3 days. I'd like to have something specifically about DEX, although I'm not sure yet if it would be better to have a talk or BoF. Matt, what do you think? A BoF, if nicely prepared suggesting "homeworks" to potential participants, would be a nice occasion to gather suggested list of packages that need merges from various distros. It would also be nice to try to gather participants for other sub-projects related to other distros. At the same time, it'd be probably useful to: 1) introduce what DEX is, 2) present the experiences (good and bad) gathered with the first initiative. I can propose this myself, if you want, but I'd like to know who else will be around and possibly willing to help with the organization.
