Sure the canned response can leave a bad taste in the mouth sometimes,
but that wasn't a very good bug report really.

In the future, you might be interested in the requestsync script from
the ubuntu-dev-tools package (available in testing and unstable). It
automates a lot of what should be in a sync request bug. If you really
"don't care too much," feel free to pop into #debian-ubuntu on OFTC
and ask one of the ubuntu folks there to take care of it.
