Hi,

A mail with e.g.:

Control: reassign -1 release.debian.org
Control: user release.debian.org@packages.debian.org
Control: usertag -1 + rm
Control: tag -1 + jessie

Gives this result:

> reassign -1 release.debian.org
Bug #894123 [ftp.debian.org] RM: nvidia-graphics-modules/oldstable -- RoQA; license problem; incompatible with current kernel ABI
Bug reassigned from package 'ftp.debian.org' to 'release.debian.org'.

Bug #894123 [release.debian.org] RM: nvidia-graphics-modules/oldstable -- RoQA; license problem; incompatible with current kernel ABI
Added tag(s) jessie.

It'd be good to support the user/usertag commands from Control: pseudoheaders,
so one can use that and doesn't have to resort to the control@ interface
after getting an error.
