Bug#906079: [debbugs] [bugreport.cgi] Change or add a reply-all with all To and Cc addresses

Package: debbugs
Severity: wishlist

--- Please enter the report below this line. ---

Hi,

I wish the reply link in the web pages generated by bugreport.cgi could
include the "To" and "Cc" mail addresses.

Currently, it contains only the "nnn@bugs.debian.org" address, which is
not sufficient to reply to participant of the given mail (ie: with only
nnn@bugs.debian.org, they might not receive the mail reply).

I don't if this should be a change of the "reply" behavior, else a
solution would be to add a "reply all" link that does this.

For example, on a mail like this:
---
From: From. Dupond <fdupond@example.com>
To: To. Dupond <tdupond@example.com>
Cc: Cc. Dupond <cdupond@example.com>, 114125@bugs.debian.org
---
The generated mailto link would be (omitting other existing parameters
like the subject):
mailto:fdupond@example.com,tdupond@example.com?Cc=cdupond@example.com,114125@bugs.debian.org

I can try to make a patch but I will need to whether this new "reply
all" link is a welcomed addition.

According to the RFC 6068 [0], this match the mailto uri specification:

mailtoURI    = "mailto:"; [ to ] [ hfields ]
to           = addr-spec *("," addr-spec )
hfields      = "?" hfield *( "&" hfield )
hfield       = hfname "=" hfvalue
hfname       = *qchar
hfvalue      = *qchar
addr-spec    = local-part "@" domain
local-part   = dot-atom-text / quoted-string
domain       = dot-atom-text / "[" *dtext-no-obs "]"
dtext-no-obs = %d33-90 / ; Printable US-ASCII
               %d94-126  ; characters not including
                         ; "[", "]", or "\"
qchar        = unreserved / pct-encoded / some-delims
some-delims  = "!" / "$" / "'" / "(" / ")" / "*"
                   / "+" / "," / ";" / ":" / "@"
